Odesk is an outsourcing site where contractors and employers meet.
You can choose either to sign up as an employer or as a contractor.
When signing up as an employer keep in mind that Odesk charge 10% service charge for every payment you send to your contractors.
Employers can either post a fixed job which is due once the job is fully finished  or an hourly job offer which is billed simultaneously on the employer's account.

Once your the contractor's  profile is 100% complete he can already submit up to 25 applications to multiple employers every week.
